5 Tips To Fight Frustration
When you are sad and nothing appears to be working, nothing seems to cheer you up.. What do you do? When you feel stuck at a point and life seems useless for you.. what do you do? When you feel like going away and getting lost.. what do you do?
All of us goes through this in our lives. Each one of us experience this in life when we are completely filled with mixed feelings of anger and frustration. A bad time or a bad day comes in everyones life and i think thats why we call it life.
Well, Here i would like to share a few tips to fight frustration. Hope it helps a few of you.
Tip 1: Tell yourself that you are going to be okay. Tell yourself that you are strong enough; nothing will stop you from going on. Telling this to oneself is half the job.
Tip 2: Go out for a stroll and on the way think of the problem you face, this will make you feel normal and less frustrated.
Tip 3: Focus on your problem and its reason. While doing that, if something makes u more sad, cry out. Sometimes crying makes you feel better. Later think what the next step is.Think about improving the situation? Thinking about a solution will make you a little less depressed.
Tip 4: Once you think of a solution, write down what you have thought about. Read it out louder and you are sure to feel better.
Tip 5: After which you need to relax, maybe listen to your favorite music or lie down for a while. This really helps.
