Babylon A.D Disappoints![B-A-D] – Review
A movie directed by noted film maker Mathieu Kassovitz and has Vin Diesel as the Hero – Anybody expects a lot from the movie but Babylon A.D dissapoints in all angles. Babylon AD is an action packed science fiction movie starring Vin Diesel as a super agent who takes up a mission to deliver an orphan (Melanie Thierry) from Mangolia to Newyork. He is accompanied by a nun, Michelle Yeoh. The movie is set in the year 2020 AD. The movie has no good dialogues or sequences which makes you feel excited. Even the action scenes are done with a half hearted effort.
The movie could have been better, but it is just not. Vin Diesels acting makes one laugh – I think he needs to brush up his acting basics. The only good things about this movie are its great locales and special effects. You can watch this movie if you are a die hard fan of Vin Diesel and when you really have time to waste. For others, Babylon A.D will be a test of their patience! I would give it a 4/10.
Director Mathieu Kassovitz got this completely wrong. Better luck next time!
